Happy Birthday to all of us!
The Protect Our Coral Sea campaign is one year old! It’s been a whole year since we launched our public campaign on 22nd September 2009. Joint us in celebrating ONE year by asking ONE friend to sign the e-petition today.
What now for the Coral Sea after the election?
The Labor Party made an election commitment to “provide the highest level of conservation protection for important and special areas.” What is the Coral Sea if not important and special?! It’s an iconic sea with abundant tropical ocean wildlife and beautiful coral reefs. It’s the cradle of life for the Great Barrier Reef.
The Greens announced their support for a very large highly protected marine park in the Coral Sea.
So, the scene is set for a great result. Let’s keep the letters flowing and let’s achieve a magnificent result together: the world’s largest marine park!

Woodford Folk Festival: Free Tickets Going, Going…
Help create the world’s largest marine park by being part of our Woodford volunteer team and help out on our stall. 1hr north of Brisbane, the Woodford Folk Festival runs from the 27 December until the 1 January.
